Location! The property is very close to Karavostasi beach and two tavernas. It is clean, quiet, and great value for money. The host is kind and warm. The building was designed to reduce heat buildup in summer and dissipate heat at night. In other words, you can sleep well with windows open; no need for AC during the night. Free parking.
AC is loud, you can not sleep well with it functioning. Kitchen is very small with basic amenities.

Location was good - v close to a couple of beaches.
The host and the cleaning lady absolutely fantastic .
Kitchenette enough to do some quick cooking like breakfast .
Property was a bit dated - but you get what you pay for - staying with two teen aged sons who didn’t mind.
