Location, smooth check in process and good price / performance value
No access to drinking water (even if wanted to buy) maybe consider putting water into mini fridge, rooms can use a little bit of maintenance, there was not enough hot water for showering after 21:00

The unit was an authentic old town residence. It was quaint and provided us with everything we needed. We were in the centre of the old town and we loved it. The owners were kind and helpful. It was a fabulous place to stay.

quirky and central location.
Broken kettle on arrival. 2nd night aircon stopped working making a very unconfutable to sleep. building was undergoing renovation. No garden area as shown in pictures. feel as if we booked under false pretences. also stated on booking breakfast was available, but was not on arrival.
