Very nice caring personnel. The biggest value of hotel is employees and atmosphere they create. The nice restaurant on a top floor. Food always fresh. The biggest thank you to Cristal from restaurant. Clean rooms. Very easy to reach airport.
Very small room and mini bathroom. Almost every night very loud music/party from the bar not far from hotel (we sray 7 nights).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the facilities were clean.
It was noisy. Near my room I could hear doors and/or noise coming from the trash shut (I think) late at night and in the early morning.

the staff was very friendly and the food at their restaurant was good.
the hotel was under renovation. The lobby looked great but our room’s bathroom had an odd smell and our room’s carpet looked old and dirty.
