Good hotel for short term stay near airport

So near airport and they take you to the airport in their shuttle on demand.

Their french toast Breakfast was not good.

Served its purpose for a quick stay but I’m glad we didn’t have to stay overnight.

Needed a place to stay for a few hours before our flight. They had a great shuttle service that took 3 minutes to get us to our terminal. The staff were all very friendly and courteous.

Moldy smell throughout hotel. Carpets and chairs in room were stained. Toilet was dirty Food In restaurant was cold and unappetizing.

room was clean and comfortable, except there were stains on the carpet, and a little bit of a funky smell in the room.

proximity to airport as I had a 6:30 am flight

when we checked in we were told no shuttle between 5-6am due to shift change. Our main reason for staying was to NOT have to get up so early. So part of our group got up for a 4:45am shuttle, the others decided to walk, however, the shuttle was functioning at 5:30am so they took it. Pissed me off big time!

Stay Here! It's a wonderful place to rest well before traveling from Loa Cabos

Excellent breakfast with good coffee in the free breakfast room. Room was very clean. Very close to Terminal 2. Very quiet location for being so close.

Not enough water provided in room for brushing teeth and making coffee, Taking medication etc. No ice, fridge not available to keep medication cold.

The room was very nice, really good bed.

Food was ok. Everything ordered was cold when served, portions very small. They let anyone use the pool and allowed barking dogs in the pool area.

Great location for overnight close to hotel.

Smelled like cigarette and the breakfast was not good- we order an omelette and it wasnt great.

Basic and decent hotel right near the airport with free shuttle service. Carpets in the rooms make it look and feel a little dirty but otherwise clean and comfortable. They accommodated us with a pack and lay for our 1 year old and served a nice breakfast in the morning.

Never stay here. Pay the extra pesos to go to better hotel.

Staff NEVER answered my phone calls, including calls for 1) airport pickup (I had to walk along busy roads with my luggage), 2) adjusting temp of air conditioner (I froze all night), and 3) clogged toilet (late night problem).

They gave us a smoking room even though I had the reservation for weeks! My brother got same room for half the price and didn't have a smoking room!

Nothing! We arrived at about 9 pm. Morning flight home next day. They had no rooms for us or about 10 other people that arrived when we did. Complete fiasco. No help from employees. People had booked through booking, Expedia, hotel web site, etc. Employees blamed booking companies but I think the truth was they didn't have enough employees to clean rooms. What a mess. We had to drive 45 minutes away from airport for the night. And turn around to get back for am flight. Never book here!

Only used it because of its location.

Desk staff very pleasant. So close to airport. Had a bit of a shock to see a bull wandering through the parking lot,

Had to kill a spider over the bed. Shower door didn’t close all the way. Drains were slow. The on site restaurant was awful food but nice staff.

Good price for airport convenience

Location is next to airport and car rental places so very convenient. Shuttle service was great. People were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included. Restaurant in hotel was convenient for a quick dinner.

Hotel and rooms were cleaned well, but carpets were stained. If they cleaned the stains, it would look much better.

Overcharged by a lot. Hotel and booking both refused to match price from website.

we were charged much more than the rate posted on your website (over C$40). We asked you to reduce the price but you said Booking.Com would not allow you to do it. Booking told us you just had to send them a message and the price would have been changed. They said you are the ones who set the price. Very disappointing and cannot recommend you based on this experience
