All the Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home away from home.
I did not like that I had to convert pesos into dollars. I would have preferred receiving by restaurant bills in USD.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff
Room confusion quickly remedied
Liked the size of the facility (not too big and impersonal)
Enjoyed daily activities offered- kept visitors engaged and provided opportunities to socialize with others- favorite activities person was Raziel!
On-site food and beverage very expensive
Room confusion (online booking versus what was offered were not the same) however was quickly corrected by staff
Needed to bring own bags from parking lot to room (bellman service not offered)

Beautifully located with spectacular views of the ocean. Amazing rooms, great facilities - the infinity pools were really special.

Very lovely older resort. It’s not a high end place but the view is spectacular, the staff fantastic, and it has a boutique feel.
