Heel schoon en compleet ingericht, tot olie, azijn en zout in de keuken aan toe. Gratis parkeerplaats op het terrein.

Er is niets tegengevallen. Een gebruiksaanwijzing bij de koffiemachine zou handig zijn, ik deed iets niet goed en heb een half uur moeten schoonmaken.

Sehr gemütlich und picobello sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz mit E-Ladesäule vor dem Haus. Alles sehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Gronau kommen, werde ich auf jeden Fall bei City Appartments buchen.

Lage ist halt lauter, was aber auch in der Beschreibung stand. Weiß man also vorher. Mit Ohropax war das aber in Ordnung.

Erstaunlich, wie auf engsten Raum alles reinpasst, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kooperativ und jederzeit ansprechbar. Unsere Fahrräder fanden in der Garage Platz. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, alles Wichtige, Einkauf, Bahnhof, City, Museum, Park ist fussläufig erreichbar. Hat allerdings zir Folge, dass der RE am Haus auch vorbei rattert. Aber mit Ohrstöpseln war schlafen kein Problem.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber durchaus ausreichend. Aber ein zweites bequemeres Sitzmöbel wäre schön gewesen, oder eben etwas bequemere Stühle am Esstisch. Strasse und Bahnlinie vor dem Haus sind recht laut. Für die Nacht wären Ohrstöpsel gut. .
