Nice, homey feeling. Breakfast was included. A short walk to the bus station.
I could hear people from other rooms talking on the phone at night. The room could use some deeper cleaning.

Good location and easy to get to town. Pleasant reception experience and good breakfast.
Room not cleaned at weekend. Breakfast not refreshed continuously and stopped abruptly at closing time.
