The man at the front desk was VERY nice. The train from Ankara arrived VERY late and he was there waiting with a smile. I only stayed one night, but slept really well, had a fantastic hot shower and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Overall, I would book again if I ever return to Kars. Thank You.

Location is really very good, everything is nearby. Staff members are very lovely and friendly. Facilities are good enough. Breakfast is a open buffet.

unreliable WiFi, dropped consistently and constantly | iPhone back-up (1-hour) | laptop updates (2-hours) | difficult to work remotely (consulting) | room (#311) smelled like cigarette smoke; wafted-in from another person's room via bathroom vent | closed vent, closed bathroom door, wet towel along floor, little improvement | shared concern with management, and offered only air freshener spray | during the day, opened windows and bedroom door to vent out the room | if your budget allows, recommend staying in different lodging (hotel or AirBnB) |
