La atención del personal fue muy buena, está muy bien ubicado, el hotel es bonito y las instalaciones bien cuidadas. La comida rica. Mi mamá me comentó que el masaje le gustó mucho y que fue muy amable la masajista. Fuimos en familia y nos la pasamos muy bien.
Mi hermano me comentó que se le terminó el agua al bañarse. No avisó, solo fue hasta que nos fuimos que me comentó. Y desde el inicio no pude cambiar un tipo de habitación por booking dos matrimoniales por una king, pregunté en el hotel y comentaron que si podían hacer el cambio. Pero no se hizo en su sistema, al final nos ayudaron.

Es bonito y bien ubicado pero creo que tiene demasiadas plantas y aveces son un poco incómodas.
