The location in the main square is the biggest selling point because Telč really is a beautiful little place. Our room on the top floor was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view over one of the fishponds which surround the town. It was also really handy to be able to get a parking permit from the host for €4 to leave the car in the square. Although some reviewers complain about the shower, I liked the water-saving timer-button.
The lack of tea/coffee making facilities and the fact that you can't pay with a card. If you're in Czechia for a few days and equip yourself with CZK it's not an issue but if you're driving through and stopping for a night, it's a minor nuisance (though there are ATMs nearby.

Eine sehr nette Deutsch sprechende Vermieterin hat mich in dem familiär geführten Haus empfangen. Das Frühstück in der Küche war wie zu Hause :) Ich habe mich da sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke :)

Líbilo se mi bydlet přímo na náměstí pitoreskního městečka, kde je všude blízko do bister, barů a kaváren. Milá paní domácí se v podnicích navíc dobře vyzná a podniky doporučí. V penzionu lze také bezpečně uložit kolo a trasy lze rovněž konzultovat s paní domácí :-). Pokoj byl útulný s krásnými perokresbami s tématikou historického náměstí a výhled z okna byl na rybník.
Privátní koupelna byla přes chodbu, což byla drobnost, se kterou jsem si snadno poradila.
