Staff is really nice and they respond quickly to most of the requests. Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to public transportation and alot of restaurants, bars and shops.
The bed wasn’t comfortable and the room with the bathroom needs deep cleaning honestly

This is a small hotel. The rooms are comfortable, though not posh. Where this place really shines is in its staff. Servet, the owner, is one of the most attentive and friendly people I've ever met. His employees are also simply fabulous. Anything you need, they are there to help. The connected cafe, owned by the hotel, is inviting with excellent coffee and tea choices, and incredible baristas. After spending 6 nights here, I felt like family, and definitely plan to stay here again when I return to Istanbul.
The street outside is lively and a bit noisy through late hours because this property is located in the heart of the Taksim and Istiklal areas.

The location is good and the staff is polite
You don’t get the room you pay for. They run a promotion which lures you into booking a room and then you get allocated something completely different to what you had paid. As an apology you’ll get relocated into the room you actually booked, however only towards the end of your stay. The misleading advertising they use to get customers really ruined our stay. Saddest part is that the owner admitted that’s what they do. The owner was apologetic but still, if I wanted a small room with broken window overlooking a smelly alleyway and chipped walls, I would’ve booked that. After being transferred to a different room after spending two nights in a shoe box the experience was slightly better. I’d avoid booking in the future because they lie on their adverts and you never know what room you will get - seems to be some king of a lottery.
