Location was perfect - few hotel guests but no masses around.
Staff were excellent and helpful
There are 2 restaurants around (other than the hotel's) and 1 supermarket/minimart
We had the meals included in our stay... dinner were cold on more than one occasion by the time served to diners.
When asked if the meals included (as an ingredient not as a follow up drink) alcohol - staff could not understand the question.
Food selection was only printed in Croatian, even though there were a few Germans, Hungarians etc around.
No black tea was available during our stay - this is such a British complaint to have I know... but we struggled to have 1 cup of tea in 3 days...which was not fruit/herbal 🫣
The view around and the beaches compensated for it all.

Die Lage zum Meer ist fantastisch. Die Bucht ist traumhaft und das Personal hat immer ein freundliches Lächeln auf den Lippen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Strandbar ist sehr gemütlich und der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Matratzen sind gut und die Klimaanlage ist extrem leise. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good a/c, wifi was ok, fridge in room. Great swimming area, quiet location. Food was ok. Fair value compared to some other sites in Dugi Otok.
Ageing property. Single lane road access & tricky parking area(but workable). Bed was a bit hard. Typical for Croatia, pillows were poor. Bathroom a bit cramped (shower curtain).
