nobody at the reception when we arrived,
hotel staff works in a restaurant that is in a differer t building acoss the hotel- no staff was to be see in the hotel lobby at the time of arrival, there is no lift, we had to carry out luggage by our own, the employee that eventually accompanied us to the reception (after waiting for 15min)to get us the key card (one key card for two persons?), could not tell us if the invoice has already been paid or not, there was a rust - dirt stain on the sink, there was no bath tub even though thats a standard for a 4 star hotel, they serve breakfast from 8-10, coffee machine wasnt working for more than half an hour out of two hours that the breakfast was served, we had to wait on our scrambled eggs for 30min, once the bread from the breakfast buffet was out the hotel staff didn’t refill it. The walls of the room were made out of plaster, redicilously thin and are far away from sound proof, meaning that during the night we heard guests that were staying at the room next door snorring! which is absolutely outrageous! Water in the shower was luke warm at it’s best, there was no standard hot water in the shower.
