Exceptionally helpful staff, always friendly and smiling. The place is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. Although the location is around 5 km from the city center, they offer a convenient paid transfer service
If you want to reach Kopaonik in the evening, you’ll need to use your own car—which can be challenging due to limited parking—or take a taxi. The staff is always ready to assist you with arrangements whenever needed.

Everything was just right! Despite being about 10 minutes drive to the ski area, the transfer service was effective and cheap (£3 return trip). Meals were substantial - breakfasts especially so. The evening 3 course meal provided a relaxing end to a day on the slopes.
Everything was excellent. A tiny feedback item would be to have a shower fitting on the bathroom wall to allow for stand up shower.
