Nestled in Les Houches, this charming condo for $121 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Apartment in a Chalet in a beautiful Residence over Prarion's ski slope for 4/5 people. Peaceful sourroundings. This is one of the best located apartments with superb views of the Mont Blanc's Chain from the balcony.(See the photos). INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL in the Residence. On the slopes in winter, starting point for hikes in the summer, the apartment comprises a living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom (cm140x190), loft with two single beds, bathroom, independent toilet, balcony. Swimmimg pool, TV, open parking included in price. Les Houches is located 6 km from Chamonix and at Les Houches is taking place the Ski's World Cup. During the summer sport fishing in the beautiful Lake of Chavants at the feet of the residence. Optional rental linen and towels. With your notebook free WiFi connection at Tourist Office. SPA near the lake, thermal baths at St. Gervais. In winter snow tires (or chains) highly recommended. In winter, crampons on shoes are also recommended because, due to the strong temperature differences between day and night, the small streets could be slippery. We are in the mountains !!! The apartment is in a great location; you can ski in and out and it's really close to the telecabine. It's clean and well equipped and has an amazing view of the mountains. The ceiling on the mezzanine is a little low but no problem for our family of five. Communication with the host was great and the greeting when we arrived was lovely. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

Excellent séjour dans ce chalet. Petit balcon avec sa vue imprenable sur le mont blanc. Apt très fonctionnel. Beaucoup de rangements. Bien équipé. Sympa de se faire une petite raclette sur le balcon. La piscine est agréable après une bonne journée de marche. Bref je recommande

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Zelfs in de vakantieweek valt de drukte mee. Huis is gezellig en heeft een prachtige ligging aan de piste. Het zwembad is top! Water is goede temperatuur en leuk voor de kinderen na een dag skiën. Het gebied van 55 kilometer is goed voor beginners en mensen met kinderen. Tochten maken is er niet bij, maar voor ons geen probleem, lekker overzichtelijk en de tiener kunnen zelf op pad. Gastvrouw staat altijd voor je klaar. Uurtje rijden vanaf Genève, ideaal. Komen zeker terug

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et chaleureux. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner confortablement. La piscine est propre et chaude. La maison est dans un endroit très calme. Près de la maison, il y a des télécabines et des magasins. Nous avons été très satisfaits de nos vacances!

Perfect ski holiday
Great location - ski in and out, close to bus stop with buses running every 30 min to Chamonix.
It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the property manager, responding promptly to all our questions.
The accommodation has everything you need to cater for your family - microwave, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, pans and pots.

La personne charmante chargée de l'accueil s'est arrangée pour nous retrouver bien avant l'heure prévue pour nous remettre les clefs, c'était vraiment agréable.
L'appartement est idéalement situé, sur les pistes de skis, et face au spectacle merveilleux du pic du Midi, de l'aiguille vert et du Mont-Blanc. La piscine est top.

Couchages de bonne qualité.
Seul bémols, qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-linge et wifi. Le frigo n'est pas très grand.

L'appartement de Mara est très coquet, et ne manque de rien pour y passer un très agréable séjour dans les Houches. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique et la piscine est très appréciable après une journée de randonnée en montagne ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée, si bien que nous recommandons cet appartement.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und es gab keine bösen Überraschungen! Alles war sauber und bei Fragen gab es eine direkte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, welche schnell geantwortet hat. Die Lage ist super und die Abfahrt direkt von der Piste nach Hause war für uns alle ein echtes Highligt. Das Schwimmbad wurde von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt und ist ein toller Spaß nach einem Tag auf der Piste.
Wenn wir nicht auf das Wlan hätten verzichten müssen, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Aber die meiste Zeit waren wir sowieso auf der Piste und dank unsere internetfähigen Handys auch gut mit Digitalem versorgt ;-)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, ein einziger Traum +++
Bereits im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs gab uns Mara einige Tipps, die sich für uns als sehr hilfreich erweisen sollten. Noch bevor wir die Reise antraten, hatte ich das Gefühl, Mara wäre eine gute Freundin.
In der FeWo angekommen, gab es große Augen. Nicht nur, dass bereits eine gekühlte Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung bereitstand, die FeWo ist so schnuckelig und reichlich ausgestattet, dass wir aus dem Staunen nicht herauskamen. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, das fehlt und die Gemütlichkeit ist nur schwer zu toppen.
Traumhaft der für vier Personen zum Abendessen ausreichende Balkon mit unglaublichem Blick Richtung Chamonix und die dahinter liegenden Gipfel vom Aiguille du Midi bis über das gesamte Mont Blanc Massiv. Wir hatten irres Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir fast jeden Abend wolkenfreie Sicht auf das Alpenglühen am Mont Blanc hatten. Dazu ein gutes Glas Rotwein zum Resümieren über den am Tag erlebten Ausflug in die wundervolle Umgebung. Ein einziger Traum, da konnte man schnell die vom Bergwandern erschöpften Füße vergessen. Die Kinder, die ihr Domizil in der oberen Ebene der FeWo - mit kleiner Galerie - hatten, freuten sich über den Sicherheitsabstand zu den Erwachsenen und den herrlichen nächtlichen Blick auf den Sternenhimmel.
Die FeWo - die Teil einer Ferienresidenz ist - befindet sich im wohl am günstigsten liegenden Haus innerhalb der Residenz. In Richtung Chamonix verläuft direkt neben dem Gebäude die Skipiste. Im Sommer ist das eine brachliegende Wiese, die für einen komplett unverbauten Blick sorgt. Im Winter kommt man mit den Ski aus dem Gebäude direkt auf die Piste. Oder man kann vom Balkon aus den Skifahrern beim Stürzen zuschauen ;-)
Die Residenz verfügt über einen schönen, gepflegten Indoor-Swimmingpool, der kostenfrei benutzt werden kann. Grandios, dass auch von hier ein freier Blick auf den Mont Blanc möglich ist. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Residenz im Sommer nicht allzu sehr gefüllt ist, zwischen acht und neun Uhr am Abend hatten wir den Pool stets für uns allein. Auch sonst war es innerhalb der Anlage immer recht ruhig und idyllisch.
Zum Tal hin findet sich in Les Houches ein kleines Naherholungsgebiet mit Weiher, Kletterfelsen, Tennisplätzen.. sowie die Talstationen zweier Gondelbahnen. Die eine fährt zum Hausberg Prarion, die andere nach Bellevue unterhalb des Mont Blanc Gletschers. Man gelangt folglich ohne großen Aufwand schnell in die Natur. Wer mehr Action braucht, hat Chamonix in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft :-)

Fabulous chalet for us as a family of four. Amazing views and perfect for summer vacation of hiking, biking, horse riding and rafting. We had an excellent time. The chalet was clean and well laid out with indoor pool a few meters from the apartment and tennis courts and cable car a few minutes walk away. (Would love to come back in winter with skiing directly from the door and cable car a couple of minutes away!)

Lovely flat in a great location
The flat is nicely furnished, very well equipped and in a great location - a very short walk to the pistes. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool after a days skiing. Very easy communication with the owner - highly recommend.

Agréable Séjour au calme en septembre
La résidence est agréable quoi qu'un peu excentrée. Les bus gratuits (arrêt juste à coté) permettent toutefois de rejoindre rapidement le centre des Houches ou de Chamonix.
La piscine de la résidence permet de se délasser après une bonne journée de marche.
L'appartement, quant à lui, est spacieux, propre et bien équipé.
En revanche, il est malheureusement un peu sombre.
La propriétaire avec qui nous avons échangé par téléphone et son amie qui nous a reçu sur place sont très sympathiques.
En bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !
