Everything exceeded our expectations. Contacted the host before and we were allowed to check in 5 hours earlier than it was scheduled on booking :) We were allowed to check out 5 hours later then it was scheduled on booking :) That means we had two unpaid extra days in the Adriatic thanked to the host. The location is more than excellent. In the old town pedestrian zone but close to SPLIT's heart, the palm tree promenade centre (less than 5 min walk). You call uber or bolt and just go to the beaches or you take a boat trip. (Best beach is Plaza Obojena)
Very confortable, clean and well maintained modern flat in an old house. Comfortable beds, enough room for three, clean bathroom, air-condition, equipped kitchen, fast net. Although the street is flooded with tourists , still the flat is not noisy because it is in a very narrow small internal street. All together it is a lovely place, decided to visit again.
Actually we liked everything. As an elderly I personally missed an armchair but my 15y grandson was ok without it :):):)

Appartement idéalement situé dans une ruelle en cul-de-sac en limite du quartier du Varos où j'ai vécu 10 ans, tout près de la vieille ville et du palais de Dioclétien. Appartement au 1er étage d'une maison ancienne en pierre, facilement accessible à pied depuis la gare des bus où arrive la navette de l'aéroport et à 10 mn du musée archéologique où nous avons travaillé cette semaine-là. Grande chambre à lit confortable double King size et vaste salon/salle à manger/cuisine avec un canapé formant aussi couchage. Clim et wifi très efficaces, ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre. Déco agréable et cuisine pratique, tout comme la salle de bain. Et surtout accueil vraiment très attentif : je recommande cette adresse !
Boules Quiès recommandées la nuit : la rue piétonne avec plusieurs fastfoods sur laquelle donne la ruelle d'accès est très très chargée de touristes qui peuvent être très très bruyants, y compris à 3 heures du matin.

the owners were lovely. when they accidentally didn’t give us the right amount of linen and sheets, they immediately rectified this. they also gave us numerous recommendations about where to go and were readily available to answer all questions. the location was also perfect and well centred
we expected two beds based on the photos but there was only one and a sofa bed
