Miałam przyjemność spędzić pobyt w hotelu Gwiazda Morza we Władysławowie w ramach wyjazdu dla dużej, 30-osobowej grupy (w tym dzieci i zwierzęta) i z pełnym przekonaniem mogę polecić to miejsce.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje ogromne zaangażowanie oraz pełen profesjonalizm zespołu. Obsługa była niezwykle dyspozycyjna, pomocna i otwarta, a wszystkie wspólne wydarzenia zostały zorganizowane na najwyższym poziomie.
Chciałabym szczególnie podkreślić rolę Pani Malwiny, która czuwała nad naszym pobytem – była niezawodna, zawsze dostępna i doskonale zorganizowana. Dzięki niej wszystkie wspólne kolacje i aktywności przebiegły wspaniale i były dla nas prawdziwą przyjemnością.
Hotel zachwyca również swoją lokalizacją – położony wśród zieleni, blisko morza, zapewnia idealne warunki do wypoczynku. Na miejscu dostępnych jest wiele atrakcji zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dla dzieci, a kuchnia zasługuje na osobne uznanie – jedzenie było naprawdę wyśmienite.
To miejsce tworzone z sercem – widać to w każdym detalu, od troski o gości, po zaangażowanie w inicjatywy społeczne, takie jak wspieranie fundacji.
Cała nasza grupa wróciła zachwycona i z pewnością będziemy chcieli tu wrócić.

Fantastic, clean, vell equipt and comfortable apartments. On site parking. Swiming pools with saunas were amazing. Staff is also very nice and friendly. Great food selection. Roof top does the trick and walking distance to the beach....what else would you need. Love it

Breakfast was good but not exceptional in comparison to other places we had stayed before.
The good thing is a dinner buffet for only 80Plz per person.
Extra charges for the car. 50 zł per day for an underground parking. The hotel charges a lot of money for the stay and parking is not included! Totally unacceptable!
We asked for something special for our wedding anniversary but nothing was provided :( not even a card :( We Just got an e-mail with a pricelist of goodies such as champagne or cake or snacks. :( Other hotels ( such as the Grand Hotel in Sopot) were so kind to offer us a free champagne and a very kind letter. Small things make a BIG difference.
The staff was not very welcoming.
There was no toiletries in the room ( like a body lotion or conditioner).
The playroom for kids is in the vicinity of the swimming pool ( the kids play in the playroom for a bit and then they choose the pool which becomes overcrowded).
Cool water in the big swimming pool.
