El trato a la hora del check in/out.
La entrada y zonas comunes.
La cama.
El aire acondicionado.
La tranquilidad.
La ventana grande.
El perchero grande.
La nevera compartida (aunque demasiado pequeña).
La pica del lavabo no tragaba.
La bañera estaba sucia.
Una toalla estaba estropeada.
Una lámpara de la habitación estaba fundida.
Cama vestida con nórdico, en pleno agosto.
No había gel de baño ni champú (sí jabón de manos).
