The place is in beautiful countryside. My room had a wonderful view onto rice paddies. And I loved the open aired bathroom. Despite being in such a rural setting there was an excellent restaurant nearby. Bikes available to use. And Yanni's tour of local highlights was so memorable. Yanni, the second generation in the family to manage the villas, was very open & imparted a lot of his local & national knowledge during this tour.

Host: Mr. I Made Arka and his family were very kind and hospitable.
Location: Off the beat location along the rice field, 5km away from the Ubud center. Classic styled rooms gives a cosy and serene feel.
Food: Home styled food prepared by the family was fantastic and generous.
Since the villa is located very close to the rice field, insects and lizards can be seen. Can be avoided with closed nets in open areas in room and toilet.

Owner hospitality
The room should be cleaner, we found a little bit dirty shower bath. The photos in booking was confusing because the pool seems to be bigger and the views better tan they are on the place. They don't have restaurant in the complex and they bring from a near chinese restaurant.
The room was a little bit worse than we saw on booking.
