Location: Excellent and very convenient.
Cleanliness: The apartment was exceptionally clean.
Amenities: Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed.
Air Conditioning: Some AC units are old, noisy, and smell of mold.
Host Attitude (The biggest downside): Appalling behavior from the host, completely unacceptable in hospitality. Throughout our stay, we felt micro-managed and constantly monitored. The host tracked when the AC was on, at what temperature, whether windows were closed, and even when we were in the hallway. It creates a terrible, uncomfortable atmosphere.
Deposit & Payment Conditions: Be aware that despite booking through Booking.com, we were required to pay a security deposit directly via credit card outside the platform, leaving the transaction unmonitored by Booking. Given the owner’s hostile demeanor, it feels as though any trivial issue could be used as an excuse to withhold the deposit.
