The property was convenient located, a 7-8 min walk from the central town of Villasimius. Free parking directly outside the property with great AC in the rooms. It was clean, comfortable and served us well for our four night stay. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to borrow and just a lovely spot. Thanks Gianco!
Nothing really, it would have been nice to get some fresh towels during the stay as we were there for four nights. Quite expensive but that’s what Sardinia is!

Posizione davvero ottima e comoda, ideale per raggiungere facilmente le bellissime spiagge della zona. Accoglienza impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile e servizi ottimi.
Nulla da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole sotto ogni aspetto.

Прекрасное местоположение, всегда есть место на парковке, очень близко к центральной улице и променаду с ресторанами. В комнате очень чисто, стильно и уютно. Можно взять зонтики и шезлонги для пляжа.

The location is close to the town centre
The property did not offer breakfast "for security reasons due to covid"...The price for a similar property with no breakfast is way too expensive. The price should have been lower considering that no breakfast was offered. The owner claims that this property is a guest house, not a B&B. However on Booking.com it clearly shows as B&B. As per Italian law a B&B must offer breakfast. A friend of mine stayed at a better place and had breakfast included for a cheaper price. Also, there was hair in the shower, the shower drain was blocked for the whole stay and there was a lot of dust on the bed frame. The bed was cleaned after I complained but the rest of the things that I mentioned stayed the same. I regret having cancelled a reservation for a hotel that costed a bit more but was completely worth the money. A B&B with no breakfast cannot cost almost like a 4 star boutique hotel with breakfast and room with balcony. I am sorry but would not recommend this place.
