A very convenient and pleasant place to stay. There is free parking directly in front of the building and the rooms are a good size with a well-equipped kitchen.
Breakfast was excellent, varied and freshly prepared by the hosts. They were especially remarkable: always friendly, helpful and available, with plenty of knowledge about the area and good advice on what to see and do.
We stayed during a small heatwave, but the room still remained comfortable and never became unbearably hot.
The location is also very practical, within walking distance of several supermarkets, takeaway places, restaurants and public transport, which is very well connected, making it easy to reach the main sights in the region.
Overall, a very comfortable stay, made especially enjoyable by the welcoming and helpful hosts.

Clean, cosy, and pet-friendly place. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The property is conveniently located not far from the bus station to Zell am See, and all shops are within walking distance. I also loved that the booking included the Summer Card.
Will definitely come back.
