Clean apartment with all that's needed for tourists or families on vacation.
Quiet surroundings, considering there are many other apartments all around: the structure itself is a flat with an inner courtyard, isolated from external interference by magnetic doors. All things considered, it felt more secure and private like this.
Option for private parking, for a fee.
The area around the flat is mixed: right near it there is a space used for free parking that feels not that comfortable because a) it is on dirt and not on asphalt, and b) there is an abandoned construction which was probably another flat to be, which gives the entire area a suburb feeling. Three hundred meters in the other direction, there is another area that is quite new and feels like the richest part of the city in comparison.
Rather than being something I didn't like, this is something I found odd, but it has nothing to do with the property itself.

Nice size, good layout, in a nicely looked after complex. Lovely court yard area which is pkept very clean and tidy. Close to shops, bars and amenities.
The apartment and furniture etc would benefit from some updating and refreshing. Everything was a little tired. No air con in the bedroom and the ceiling fan is noisy. There was quite a lot of noise from neighbours and dogs barking late at night. Its fair to say though that we live in a small, quiet village!
