Breakfast queues were chaotic - only one coffee machine resulted in queques for 3-4 people at a time.. buy another one!

Good, polite and professional stuff! and the cleanness of hotel and rooms. great spa and view of Weser river.
room was uncomfortably cold for me to sleep for the first two nights. it appeared due to the current energy crisis, they have reduced the max temperature limit which can be just adjusted from the reception for each room and the smart digital thermostat in room has no control on it. this problem solved just on my last night of stay
