The location was nice and the apartment was decent for the money. The host was super nice. We couldn't connect our fireTV stick to the TV as the HDMI socket was unreachable. The host went 50kms searching for an HDMI adapter and found one the next day in the third electronic store. This was super helpful as the kids could watch Netflix the next day onwards.

We would have liked to have access to the lake side directly from the apartment (as some of the pictures suggested)

The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very nicely located directly at the lake.

We arrived late and they send us the wrong code for the key box. It took us more then 1 hour to get in the apartment. Once in the apartment we found a bathroom and bedroom full of black mold. Contacting the landlord a lady came with some chlorine spray trying to clean it. Now the apartment smelled like mold and chlorine. The next day we found mold behind the bed as well...This was really disgusting and we weren't able to use half of the apartment. The rooms in the back were wet and didn't dry. All cloth and bed lines were clammy. Paying this much and only being able to use half of the apartment is not ok. And the apartment wasn't clean either...WIFI didn't work in the apartment and so on. Thank god the weather was good and we could spent a lot of time outside.

Exceptional Villa with a great view of the lake. Very clean apartment and private beach. Easy to use the boat and facilities.

Nothing to say except the lack of the lift.

Bella Vista Apartments komplex is right on the shore of Lipno lake, with private beach and private pier. Private parking is also available. The whole komplex offers comfortable vacation in a quiet area. You can rent a motor boat or a paddleboard for a small surcharge. We had an apartment with view of the lake and a small terrace. The apartment was spacious, clean and new, with fully equipped kitchen. (Even though I missed salt, cooking oil and dish soap.) There was a dishwasher and 2 tablets, but we did not use so many dishes to fill it. We also found 4 blankets in the closet so we can sit on the terrace even when it was a bit colder - which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, there is no padestrian sidewalk leading from the property, so if you want to go to grocery store (3,6km) or a restaurant (250m) I recommend driving. It is a quiet location and if you want some active life you need to go to the opposite side of the lake. There is a ferry 250 from the Bella Vista going to Frymburk or you can go around with a car to Lipno nad Vltavou (10km). If you bring your bicycles, there is a spacious storage for them right at the property, where you can lock them. From the restaurants around I strongly recommend Amenity Restaurace Blue Lipno. And what to do around? Hiking, cycling, inline skating, swimming, sailing, paddleboarding and other water sport activities are available in the area. And if the weather is bad, you can look for wellness, bowling or indoor sports around.
