The hotel offers a great location, however rooms are tiny, AC is noisy and there is no breakfast option.
The location
AC was portable and make a very big noise. Also, once we arrived at the indicated time slot - no one was there. I have then called a number found on the confirmation email of our booking, after 4-5 attempts in the space of 20-30min someone picked up the phone but said they don’t speak English. We had to use Google translator to Italian and put voice speaker to the phone to be able to communicate and ask for the host to come.
