very well located in lovely Lazise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Nice balcony overlooking the ancient walls.
The only negative is that we were notified after booking that would have to pay a surcharge of 30 euros if checking in after 8pm, so that made the journey from the airport more stressful than needed to be. I think the hotel would benefit from removing that surcharge, particularly as the adjoining bar and restaurant are open much later and could easily manage handing over the key. Otherwise, everything perfect!

De locatie, prijs kwaliteit. Relatief goedkoop voor het hoogseizoen. Prima ontbijt.
Late check-in behoorlijk aan de prijs voor een sleutel die ergens weggelegd was. Geen fysiek iemand die ons te woord stond ofzo, dus de extra kosten die zij maken zie ik niet terug.

The location!
The room smelled so much like air freshener and they’d used so much perfumed washing powder. The scent in the room was absolutely overwhelming! I’m glad we only hade one night there because more would’ve been too short.
