Appréciation de la location
Un excellent séjour dans un emplacement vraiment idéal. Le logement était parfaitement propre, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Tout était pensé pour que le séjour soit confortable, avec de charmantes attentions qui font vraiment la différence.
Les hôtes ont été absolument charmants, chaleureux, disponibles et particulièrement réactifs, tout en restant très discrets. La communication a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin.
Je recommande cette location à 100 % sans hésitation. Une très belle adresse, que je garderai avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour !

Beautiful apartment in excellent location. We loved the spacious bedroom / sitting room & having such a lovely view of the trees & street below.
There were quite a lot of stairs to climb with heavy cases. Having the shower & washbasin in the kitchen & the loo straight off it was a bit quirky, but was fine for us.

Emplacement excellent, en plein centre d'Aix en Provence directement sur le Cours Mirabeau. C'est la principale qualité de ce logement. La décoration de la chambre est agréable.
L'état des sanitaires , particulièrement les WC, est à revoir complètement (vitre intérieure cassée, porte ne fermant pas, peinture approximative sur les murs) n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé pour ce logement. Le propriétaire a voulu caser dans un local très exigu cuisine, douche et sanitaires mais cette cohabitation n'est pas réussie.
Le ménage est loin d'être optimal et il n'est pas agréable de retrouver dans le réfrigérateur les restes non consommés des locataires précédents
