The bed was comfortable, at least. One of the staff members tried her best to speak English before resorting to Google Translate.
Pretty much everything else. Pretty much zero sound insulation and the large atrium amplifies the sounds of people talking. Om the night I stayed, a large group of about 100 old Taiwanese checked in at about 9pm for a conference. They were up until about midnight and up at 6am and you could hear everything they were doing through the loud AC (whose temperature you cannot adjust).
Let the hot water run in the bathtub for 15 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. The entire reason I rented the rooms was to relax in a bath, and I couldn't do that.
Furniture and decorations and carpet were all mismatched with apparently zero conscious thought put into it.
Breakfast featured the cheapest coffee I've ever tasted. Felt like I was at a random gas station in the US.
