Great location. Very clean. Good secure parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good facilities on site including bar and mini restaurant. Comfortable room. Adequate breakfast

The underground car park is very useful, especially in the recent hot weather, when we need to leave the dogs in the car. The comprehensive buffet breakfast was included in our room price for just £1 each this time - it would have been rude not to!! Very friendly reception staff, & the hotel is only a few minutes away from the recently renovated pedestrian area where there are many bars & restaurants.
Please put more overhead light in the rooms! I'm quite short-sighted, so have to use the full-length mirror for seeing close-up (as I can't reach across the basin to the bathroom mirror & still see in focus), & there's practically no light on it - hopeless!

They’re was a pair of dirty ladies underwear left hanging on one of the tyre coat hooks my wife was not happy about this at all !!
