La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Béatrice.

Le bruit en pleine nuit des clients sans gène. Absence de petites attentions dans les chambres. C'était mieux avant. Un point vraiment négatif , tous les clients touchent à tour de rôle le pain. Pour l'hygiène il serait bon de trouver une solution adaptée.
