The room we rented was very spacious and with large windows and lots of daylight. The room was very clean, bright and free of clutter, yet felt homely. It exceeded our expectations. The price was excellent. Parking in the back of the hotel was easy and provided safety and no hassle with having to look for parking. The facility has self check-in the evening, which was perfectly fine for us, but if you need help you should be aware of this.

Large and very clean room. Excellent communication with the host the entire time (there's no reception desk) and superbly organised - respect! Parking was very smooth and available. Breakfast was organised in a nereby hotel a few metres around the corner.
It's closeness to the train station brings sporadic noise, but we adapted surprisingly fast to it.

Very nicely furnished room with a surprisingly big bathroom. The owner was in touch with me by phone to make clarifications on check in and check out processes, and was accomodated my rather early check out.
Even though the property is right next to the Westbahnhof and a good location for public transport, the outer walls are covered with graffiti, which doesn't necessarily give a nice first impression, especially when checking in in the evening. Not that the owners can do anything about it.

Clean, Spacious, good location
Mainly overpriced for a solo traveller, extra costs for parking, Next to street, noisy in the mornings (they provide Ohropax but for a donation...), no good blinder to darken the room, they insisted in calling me before check in even though all information could be shared in a message,
