De locatie was prima, prachtige ligging. Mooi terras, helaas door slecht weer niet kunnen gebruiken. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Sleutelinstructie bij late aankomst was prima en ook persoonlijk op naam. Voornamelijk wijnhuis, maar als hotel zeer geschikt voor een paar nachten of op doorreis. Wij waren er op maandag en hebben de goede diner recensies dus niet kunnen ervaren. Prachtige wandel of fietsomgeving.
Jammer dat diner op maandag & dinsdag niet mogelijk is. Is volgens recencies erg goed! Voor diner moet je op die dagen echt Rudesheim zelf in. Daar wel voldoende eetgelegenheden, maar over het algemeen wel erg toeristisch. Overal betaald parkeren. Soms wat lawaai van vliegtuigen ivm aanvliegroute op Koblenz, maar 's nachts geen hinder van.

De mooie ligging van het hotel tussen de wijnvelden, het uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
De kamer was gezellig en sfeervol ingericht.
De stilte.
Het ontbijt was aan de matige kant.

Nice room, bad service
At check in they didn’t tell us there wasn’t an extra bed for our child. We had to wait in the restaurant to get served. When we wanted to buy wine, the people were no where to be found and when we asked the lady was annoyed. We paid upon checkout and then was charged through credit card. Overall too bad that we didn’t experience a good service as the location is nice.
