You have to go up but that’s the good part also, but if you can’t walk good I would not recommend

The view and the staff. The workout to go up the hill every day a few times was amazing as well.

Loved the view from the room and from the central pool and hotel restaurant/bar. The rooms are built into the side of a steep hill. Someone was waiting for us on arrival to get our bags to our door and drive us up. Location is close to everything (within 1 mile). Staff are lovely. Place is peaceful and beautiful. Hot shower. AC'd room. Loved staying here! We wanted to do a couple of tours, but hadn't booked anything and Gino was amazing in helping set those up for us!
The stairs def give you a good indication of whether you are out of shape or not. I am out of shape!

The pool and the view is lovely. The setting of the restaurant is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
Despite being a paying guest I felt like an convenience and the staff seemed irritated when asked for something, especially in the restaurant. It was as if they really didn’t want guests there, which is a shame given the setting.
I had no water for a couple of days and was told quite rudely by the man in charge that I did have water, and made to seem as if I was an idiot for thinking that I didn’t. A family who were staying at the same time didn’t have clean sheets in their room when they arrived and we were all told one time we couldn’t use the pool.
