Perfect in every way!!

Exceptional accommodation. Perfect location with beautiful gardens and beach directly in front of the apartment. Bernard and Stephanie were the most amazing hosts. We felt like we were staying with family. We had the most amazing lady called Sumata (excuse my spelling), clean the apartment, and do our laundry. We will never forget our time at CocoNuts and Mauritius.

There is nothing to complain about.

We loved our stay at Coconuts - the property really did feel like a home from home.

We stayed at Coconuts for 8 nights and hired a car (arranged through the property in advance of our stay) so we could travel around and see the real Mauritius for ourselves. The property is situated directly on a gorgeous beach within a 20 minute walk of the centre of Grand Baie which suited us down to the ground as we'd prefer to stay somewhere quiet. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops within 20-30 mins walk and most days, after returning from our travels in the car, we had had the beach area to ourselves. The property is clean, well equipped and comfortable and Bernard and Stephanie made us feel really welcome.

We really didn't have any complaints although we appreciate everyone is different and therefore some may find the location a little too far from the centre of Grand Baie. There isn't a proper pavement all the way along the road however we bought a small torch for our evening walk to/from Grand Baie and never once felt unsafe. The property is set in super pretty gardens so please remember to apply mosquito repellent if you're outside from dusk!

A piece of heaven in Grand Baie

The flat was clean, spacious and located a few steps away from a lovely beach. Wonderful terrace with view on the garden/beach, ideal to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the property. The hosts were very welcoming and kind.

We had an amazing time, excellent location & private beach (better than a resort), highly recommend!

Excellent location and cleaning staff, daily laundry, quiet/private beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Owners live on premises and are very helpful. Overall an exceptional place to stay, highly recommend!

Restful stay self catering, which was exactly what we wanted.

On a beautiful beech. Lovely maid who kept our room very clean and tidy. Well equipped self catering facilities and a very comfy bed.

Not many desirable restaurants you could walk too. Grand Bais as a location was not really our scene.

A stay in paradise

Bernard, you are really a great host! Tips about yoga, massage and restaurants. Kayaks for free and sunbeds waiting for you sunny days. The restaurant Le Poivrier 300 m from hotel has a great menu with many different dishes on the menu. Pasta, sushi, great meat and a big wine cellar among others.

Privat Beach used even during lockdown

The Apartment Coco Shell is great, has air conditioning is very well equipped. Very powerful internet. Great sea view with private beach. Nice and very helpful people. The beach has fine sand and is maintained. An own lounger and umbrella. Just perfect!

Nothing to add here, it was a perfect stay.

We will highly recommend Coconuts to all friends and family.

Excellent host and staff really friendly. Location is probably one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. A hidden gem. Really nice to have a self catering unit for longer stays. The property and units are really clean and comfortable. Very private with lush garden right on the beach. Good wi-fi, within walking distance to nightlife and restaurants, very central to pop out to the supermarkets and mall.

peaceful villa just what we needed.

The super beachfront location which overlooks the peaceful Merville bay, the villa has all the necessities for a very enjoyable stay, the owners Stephanie and Bernard were very helpful in a every way, would have liked to have stayed even longer.

possibly a slightly better parking area to avoid the occasional falling coconuts. and a mirror on the other side of the road when coming out of the entrance to get a better view of the road.

Exceptional

Beautiful beach, lovely apartment coco cream, close to restaurants. Very friendly host and always there to help. Canoe on premises. It was a absolute joy to stay at coconuts. Private and quiet.
