Buggy service was good !
maintenance and cleanliness is not so good, in recreation/gym room.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful—special mention to Vijai, who was excellent.
Breakfast was great.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our booking which was great - as alternatives are a few km away by car.
Food was delicious every meal
This is place to come to wind down and do very little —you come to relax and switch off. The nearest wildlife sanctuary is about a 60-minute drive, but it’s worth it to see elephants.
The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful, scenic, and very relaxing. Ranjith - who grew up nearby - was a great tour guide
A little too remote for us
No alcohol is sold or served on-site, but they seem fine with guests bringing their own.
The games room facilities are past their best:
• Dartboard brittle, darts bent
• Pool table uneven, cushions dead
• Indoor fitness bike seat broken
• Treadmill works but feels bumpy

Breakfast is great and Tasty, It was well arranged and Tasty food.
For Lunch and Dinner is quite expensive at the restaurant , Some of the items tasty some are not.
They should include the Lunch and Dinner in the package and i believe the cost which they quote should be with Lunch & Dinner .. then only its value for money, otherwise its not that worth to spend that much money.
