I like the ambiance of the property
When we returned in a taxi, one staff took the photo of our taxi without asking. This is not acceptable to me.

Beautiful, charming colonial era estate. We loved the setting amidst its own green tea slopes. The service and food were also fantastic and we became so fond of Abida, Khatija and Bala who took such good care of us. We were really blown away by their warmth and hospitality.
We stayed at Charkara Cottage and felt very cut off from even exploring the main building or having access to the main swimming pool. As the buildings are quite far from each other and it was too hot to walk in May when we were there, we would have appreciated a little more help regarding transport. Why can't you have some buggies available for guests that are not bound to strict timings?
