Abusivamente caro

Nada, no manejan una tarifa estable, la web dice una cosa y cuando llamas a validar la reserva te dan otro precio mas elevado

Cotizan el dolar al precio más alto, cuando reservas por la web dice un precio y cuando llamas a confirmar la rsva te suben el precio no te ayudan a solucionar nada pesimo servicio

Personal muy amable, ubicación

Las tazas de estaban con detergente pegado, y no había toallas corporales, la luz del aire panel del aire acondicionado no es cómoda ilumina demasiada la habitación

Would recommend the Kingdom Hotel.

The location was perfect for our stay in Lima. The range of food for breakfast was excellent, we both enjoyed it. Thanks to the staff who let us leave our bags with them (after we checked out) enabling us to continue sightseeing.

A very minor point. Our room was next to the lift, which was quiet except for the 'ping' when doors opened on our floor.

It had very weak air conditioning, and weak shower pressure.

The room, was large, clean and very modern. The hotel accomadated my request for a quiet room in the upper floors.

The room was very stuffy, and uncomfortably hot. And the air conditioning seemed very weak (in comparison to other hotel's air conditioning. The shower had weak water pressure.

Pleasant

4 star hotel and no one speaks English. The reception does not speak a word of English. If you come from Europe or North America, don't count on it with 4 stars in Peru being the same as 4 stars in Europe :). Generally Ok.

definitely a 3 star at best, I expected more being that it is a casino hotel. breakfast was dry and nothing impressive

convenient location, TV, garage and somewhat of a breakfast.

showers outdated, stain and bacterial buildup on the edges.

Never again

Our Room. Spacious and clean. We had a great sleep.

Location.Super poor breakfast. Only scrambled eggs, dry potatoes, and some cheese. For water, if you will request they will charge you. Reception Staff- Very disappointed. They promised that they will arrange a transfer to the airport but they didn't. I asked them 2-3 times about it and they told me that it was done. No coffee in the reception and just some black tea. Very disappointed.

they do not the facilities advertised such as hot tub and sauna therefore it is not worth the price

central place to reach Lima downtown and Miraflores

breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety but the chef did make the eggs fresh for us. room was clean and tidy. towels were not provided so had to ask the reception to bring.

Good

I liked the style of the Hotel. The room was big and it ist not far away from the city centre. Also they have a storageroom for your luggage.

Despite writting on the internet the receptionists not speaking english. I think this is a big problem, when asking for extra services like laundry. Also on of the receptionists made fun of me, when I told, that I am from germany. The other on was very kind and polite. There are always securities in the foyer. A casino belongs to the hotel. They also tried helping and on for example brought me the pricelist for the laundry. When I asked for a trousers, he told me it's not 15 Soles (that alone is very expensiv) instead he tried to foul me in believing, that it's the Dollar price. I cancelled the service. Breakfast is at the moment very small and they don't have a sauna anymore. Please put the actual describtion on Booking.com.

if the facilities were better like drinks in the fridge and a microwave and other things working it would have been bett

We did know how the lights worked, there were no hook on the wall to make a shower with the jacusi water snake, the air conditioning unit did not work at first and tv was broken and there were no movies to rent once it was fixed.

the staff were very nice to us and that made a big difference

Disappointing

Comfortable room and hot water.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. Booking advertises that there is a “hot tub” and it was not available when I stayed. There is only a jacuzzi for men. When I consulted the front desk about this, they were extremely unhelpful in offering compensation or other options. I came to this hotel specifically for a hot tub, even calling and confirming the hours it was open, and all they could offer to me to make up for it was a 15 minute massage or a glass of wine.
