Great location, with an easy walk into Kenmore township

If I was being picky .. Beds were a little hard for my liking but probably not for some others?

Very convenient location with easy walk to all relevant amenities . Excellent on-site parking. Basics for self serve breakfast - juice, coffee,small muffins etc. Good shower.
We had a ground floor room and people walking in room above was a bit intrusive. Toilet difficult to flush so used toilet across the hall

Near the town
Owner left no way to contact her with questions. Other guests also needed to speak to her but had no luck.
