Absolutely beautiful location and property. Extraordinary views.
Stunning infinity pool. Convenient location. Attentive management.
Due to the location of the property up in the hills in deep vegetation. There was a lot of wildlife in and around the property. Rodent droppings became the norm, geckos in the house and in the bedroom and the most unmerciful mosquitoes which didnt allow us to enjoy the outside area after dusk. This obviously is no fault of the management. Just be aware!
However, the lack of air conditioning in the living area was disappointing as we could not enjoy the space or the television/Netflix provided.
Also be aware that the road to the property is very narrow and the drive way is very steep.
There is no oven, BBQ or hot tub at the property as detailed under amenities. The "hot tub" is the jacuzzi bath.
I don't want my review to be deemed as a bad one as we did have a lovely time but these are just points I believe future guests should be aware of.

An absolutely incredible retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Delightfully secluded and private, with views to die for. The house is perfectly suited to its surroundings and offers a wonderfully tranquil and decadent escape.
We loved having breakfast by the pool in the mornings and stargazing in the evenings – the perfect way to start and end each day.
The local restaurant, Panorama, is just a short walk away and is highly recommended – you have to try the beef stifado or the grilled prawns! If you’re looking for something a little more luxurious for a special evening meal try Oliva in Nisaki around a 15-minute drive away.
A truly special place to relax, switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We would love to return.

Excellent location and view. Outside space was fantastic particularly the pool
WiFi was broken and did not work for 6 days out of the 7 that we stayed. Company tried to fob me off by saying it was a worldwide problem when in reality the box in the villa needed replacing. IT guy eventually came to replace it was very rude and not willing to hang around to see if it worked. No WiFi meant we were unable to get any Netflix,
Some of the inside decor and facilities could do with improving.
