Being able to request for picked up and sent off was a plus point. Hostess and team is responsive and friendly. Plenty of amenities provided such as hot drinks, self care, vending machine and washing machine. Lounge area also available for you to relax, watch tv, read manga and also massage chair. They got 2 onsen available for reservation for FREE.
You can walk to Tsugaike resort or their driver can sent you to the destination

Run by a lovely host. Light toast breakfast was included with our stay. Lots of shuttles offered that we didn’t use because we had a car. Nice amenity bar offered.
Location is a little removed from Tsugaike base, though still walking distance.
If you book a room without a private bathroom, the only place to shower is the public bath which may have limited availability.

Очень милые гостеприимные хозяева, большой удобный номер, шикарная кровать! Всегда предоставляли бесплатный транфер до центра, что было очень удобно! В отеле есть небольшой онсен. Также есть огромная детская комната!

加價的粥普通，建議選不需加價的早餐
房間無法洗澡，需要排澡堂，且時間是用搶的，如果沒有提早搶到往往需要等到半夜才能洗
