Perect Price for locaton.

very good for the price and location right near the CATALONIA Hotel so it was perfect for my assistant who showed up late in SD.

some mosquitoes drove me crazy in the lobby

This place is not in a good location and the staff didn’t take their tasks properly. The rooms have bad ventilation; all TV don’t work; Wi-Fi only works at the entry hall.

I was able to have the quiet I needed and also it was a cute place to stay, really clean

I taught when taking the CC it was paid but that only confirm the reservation you need to pay the hotel at arrival

I did not eat breakfast

The way the personal talk to me. I made a comment about the price because in my reservation i had to pay 22.5$, so when i arrived, the man told me that i had to pay 28.5$, i asked him why, so he told me that there are a lot of hotel over, if o don't want to pay the price, i can go out and find me another hotel. What a way to talk to a client.

It's nothing like the pictures, beware

The only thing I like was the location. My wife and I we were in a wedding and we wanted to stay in a place just to sleep we had to departure to punta cana next day.

I thought we got a bargain saying it was in discount and we decided to stay. The room were in bad condition nothing alike to the pictures showing here.. I'd not recommend to stay here. At least if you know already what you are gonna expect. The a/c wasnt function properly and it wasn't very clean

Convenient, but I don't recommend it.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good.

One WiFi had no internet and the other one was too weak and kept losing the connection. There was a cockroach (alive) around the bed.

Its the second time we booked a room and come there for them to say they dont have rooms available and relocate us to another, worse hotel. We booked this hotel just because its close to some government buildings where we needed to go to next day. No need to mention how relocating to some other, more further away hotel was inconvenient for us. Never staying here again.
