the front staff is efficient and nice.
the bed is comfortable and clean.
shower control relies on same hot spring tap and it is very hard to regulate the water temperature.
in the morning it is very noisy from 8am because the storage room for house keeping is by the room and staff is really noisy. we couldn’t manage to rest properly as we got late to the hotel.
