Really great location, ideal for nature enthusiasts. The owners are very friendly and gave nice advice on activities nearby. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious! We were a bit unlucky with the weather, no stargazing for us. But we did meet the local "stars": Kiki and Kuma :-)

Stargazing. The loveliest resident cats Kiki and Kuma. They whipped up the heartiest and yummiest meals. Morning we got to have handmade bread
Very very clean as they care for it like that own home.
Loved that we got to stargaze in the evenings.
Lots of local information and suggestions provided by the owner Baba-san, and catered information based on where we are headed and what we like.
I liked that we were strongly encouraged to leave the premises at 1000 and back 1600, while they cleaned up premises.
Hmmm was cloudy on 2nd night so no stargazing. Its an weather issue, no fault of the lodging at all. So go with an open mind that the weather affects your travel plans alot, especially in eastern hokkaido.

Emplacement idéal ! Personnel très attentionné. Chambre d'une propreté irréprochable. Petits déjeuner s et dîners de qualité. Les chats de la maison ne manqueront pas de venir vous saluer et si vous êtes chanceux de vous tenir compagnie.

It is in a great location with lakes nearby. The hosts were lovely and had given thought and attention to the guests every need.
The dinner and breakfast was delicious and presented so well by the couple.
