Lokalizacja hotelu z dala od zgiełku. Śniadania dobre, bardzo rozmaite. Łóżko wygodne.
Dość nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, brak szlafroków i kapci (po interwencji obsługa hotelu dostarczyła dość szybko). Niestety hotel ma duży problem z jakością wody, z kranu, prysznica i spłuczki leci żółta i śmierdząca chlorowodorem woda co przy stosunkowo nowym obiekcie (zdjęcia na korytarzach sugerują że obiekt nie ma nawet 10 lat) jest trudne do zaakceptowania. Wystrój ogólnie stylizowany na ekskluzywny ale jakoś się w całości nie spina (potwornie niewygodne fotele, wypadająca klamka w łazience). Bardzo wysokie ceny w restauracji (65 PLN na 90g tatara czy 39PLN za kawałek ciasta to w moim odczuciu troszkę za dużo). Dużym minusem jest pieczywo, słodkie przekąski czy gofry w bufecie śniadaniowym (czerstwe i gumowe). Basen, sauna (sucha i parowa) całkiem przyjemne, efekt psuje brak podświetlenia w basenie co powoduje że woda wydaje się być nie do końca czysta.
