Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful, great menu and great service.
The room we booked wasn't prepared, we were given a different room. Wifi not available.

Fab location, great decor, friendly staff, nice outside space, good drinks, lovely comfy bed / Pillows and the best steak meal ever!
Only a couple of minor things: Shower was a bit small (but it was a single room), whilst only a minor inconvenience, the outside fairy lights were flashing on and off all night and on-site car parking would have been nice

My room was very small. Could hardly squeeze into the shower. Toilet seat not fitted correctly.

Excellent location in Sedbergh, easy to find, and despite having no car park itself it was only a very short walk to the nearest one. Food was excellent and copious, the staff attentive and courteous, we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great location, lovely decor, super helpful staff (got a room upgrade 👌 ). The little beer garden at the back away from the road is perfect in the afternoon sun.

We liked everything! The food was amazing, the service was great and our room was beautiful and so comfortable. The biggest bed I’ve ever stayed in! Even the mirror with the built in Bluetooth speaker was a hit, my boyfriend especially liked it after a few lagers and a good old sing song in the bath 😂
If I had to be really really picky the main door to the bar made noises like someone was knocking on our bedroom door so when we were in the bathroom we kept shouting hello! Didn’t bother us though, we actually found it quite funny and made a joke about it.

The Hotel is being completely renovated. Instead of closing the whole establishment they stayed open. It was like paying to stay on a building site. The Hotel has no lounge for guests so it was difficult to relax. It also has no parking facilities.

What a stunning place to stay! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve mini trip to the Dalesman and it didn't disappoint. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful, the place itself is stunning and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Breakfast had lots of choices. Food was excellent in a cosy section of the pub. Server was polite and friendly and attentive. All you can breakfast.

good apartment near the centre of Sedbergh
a few things didn’t work well (TV in double bedroom)and only two wine glasses in an apartment for 4 people)

The room was small and sky lights meant there where no curtains. We thought it was over priced.

My room was very hot and unfortunately I couldn’t open the window to cool it because it was painted shut.

apart from no wooden spoon for cooking. it had to resort to a minor thing to find anything. will stay again - & bring a wooden spoon.
