Unfortunately we were here just for 4 days. B&Beach guest house is in a good location just few meters from beach and nearby are restaurants and ice cream. In front of the accommodation is a bus stop. Doesn’t have its own parking but it’s possible to park right outside. The room was clean and it had everything you would need for the stay. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. We felt welcome right from the beginning. The owner, Giorgio is very sweet and does everything to please his guests. He gave us some tips for the trips and we weren’t disappointed. I can recommend.

Giorgio is perfect guy, very helpful, take care if you have everything you need and even more, very open to suggest you best places to visit, how to get there, which restaurant try...which beach to choose if it is windy...this was really valuable in my case:) it is really great to have such a recommendation from local guy. Second room was nice, cosy..quite!! Breakfast ok, and coffe machine available any time. Parking no problem at all.

First night, room was nice and big but felt like sleeping next to highway. Really noisy street all the night very close..for me at least. And smell in room was very strange, probably som reconstruction done just before I came. I believe Giorgio will solve this soon. Anyway Giorgio changed my room in the morning with no problem so it was solved quickly Fortunately there was another free room:)

Great stay with Giorgio

Giorgio exceptional hospitality, his advices and all the time he spent helping us and giving us the good addresses ( restaurants, places to visit, beaches, .. ) The location was perfect, few meters of the Poetto beach and a bus station is just in front of the building where many bus lines (PF , PQ , PExpress, ...) passe and you can reach the city in 10 to 15 minutes. Umbrellas are available, good breakfast.

Fantastic bed & breakfast by the beach

Everything was great ! The room was really clean and modern, with daily housekeeping. The location was fantastic- right by the beach! We loved our stay, Giorgio was so helpful and accommodating, giving great tips on where to visit. Breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to having in the outdoor courtyard every morning.

Sardinia is a fantastic place for a holiday. Beautiful beaches, beautiful nature, good food.

Excellent place for holidays. Safe place for single women on the go. Room is clean, modern. The beach is around the corner. Great starting point for excursions. Giorgio is great and helpful host who will recomenmed best places to visit. Great local-style breakfast. I recommend to stay here, it will be great time.

Giorgio the owner was SO kind. It was my first solo travel ever and as a woman and ethnic one I was a little afraid but he has been so nice to me it was very great. He took the time to explain everything to me. About the accommodations it was perfect, there is anything you can need. It’s super clean, great design and way enough space. On top of that you’re 3min by walk to the beach and restaurant.

Poetto Perfection - Stay Here!!

You MUST stay here!! ***** My partner and I stayed here for one week in August during the COVID-19 pandemic. First of all, we couldn’t of felt more safe. The room was immaculately cleaned every morning by our lovely maid. Mask wearing and hand sanitiser is enforced in the small shared areas. There is no buffet breakfast option due to restrictions but we were given breakfast tokens for three local beach bars to spend every morning (every single one was delicious) Secondly, Georgio is THE friendliest and most helpful owner. He was on hand 24/7 either by text or telephone call to help us with questions and enquires. He was very kind to us and even left a bottle of Prosecco in our mini fridge for us to open at midnight and celebrate my 23rd birthday. The location was IDEAL. The hotel is situated next to a main road but do not let this put you off as our room had metal shutters which blocked out any noise and also made us feel super safe and secure. There is also a safe in the room. The hotel is located a 30 second walk from Poetto beach which is just what we wanted. There are endless amounts of places to eat and drink and hire sunbeds for the day (...some with friendlier staff than others) We got the bus into Cagliari city centre one night and it was very easy. The bus stops right outside B&Beach and the tickets can be purchased at the beach bars. We would not stay in Cagliari city as it has no beach and is way too busy during COVID-19. Which is why B&Beach was perfect. Just the rest and relaxation my partner and I needed. B&Beach is safe, secure, quiet and overall perfection. Thank you Georgio for a perfect birthday holiday!

Everything is just amazing at this hotel! the room is clean and spacious, modern and nice looking. But what was even more nice that is the bathroom, very clean and not small as usually in hotels. the beach is in 2 minutes from hotel, but if you want to go further, where will be less people, you can take a ride by bus(5-7 minutes). Georgio is a great host, he is very friendly and supportive, he showed all the places to visit and where to eat, made everything for our comfort. one day he even was calling to restaurants for us to check if they were working that day :) I definitely recommend to stay here, it will be a great time!
