It's.clean. The staff are good. You can get something to eat over the road. Bed was comfy and I slept well. Not much to complain about at all.
It's a little.out in the sticks. I suppose that's why its a budget stay. Fine for what it is.

The staff were especially wonderful , even helped us when a mistake had been made on our side. Hotel is very clean facilities in shower very good .. We also loved the peaceful area , the fields , the nice village bakeries nearby , the forest. we were working, it was simple to be able to get a table downstairs with the breakfast area.
We could have done with another armchair/ surface in the room.

Location was good for Annecy & Geneva. Clean and pleasant/helpful staff.
Very basic compared to other budget hotels we have stayed in. Towels very small and thin.
