Spacious, airy apartment with lots of light and windows (with shutters). On the second floor. Older building but the apartment was modern.
Owner, Sylvia, was very helpful and and runs a nice restaurant 3 mins walk (tasty home cooking) in a park - recommended.
Back garden was nice but sitting on the balcony was more than enough outdoors for us.
A short walk to the lake promenade for a swim or walk to town. Good value eateries in Omegna, working town with an old section and not touristy!
Elena, across the courtyard rents e-bikes which was very convenient.
Apartment is great, maybe air-con in the bedroom would be good. But lots of windows so managing airflow worked for us.
Ideally I would have liked a coffee shop / cafe / bar close to the house....

Logement très pratique, avec 2 petits balcons et des ouvertures avec fenêtres oscillo battantes permettant une très bonne aération. Effectivement, plutot peu de moustiques et on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en plein mois d'aout. L'hote qui parle francais est un bon plus et bon relationnel avec nous. A tester : le restaurant la lanterne bleue proche de l'appartement : ambiance italienne assurée, pates maison et Tiramisu ultracremeux à tomber !
Pas mal de bruits de chiens dans le quartier, qui jappent pendant des heures, tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Cela nous a dérangé. En dehors de la cuisine, très moderne et pratique, la décoration est un peu vieillotte à notre gout, mais reste sobre. Enfin, le fait que l'appartement soit au 2ème étage fait que l'on n'a pas vraiment profité du terrain (par contre, les balcons ont été bien utilisés et appréciés).

L’emplacement au calme dans une impasse avec un beau jardin, à 15mn à pied du centre en longeant le lac, et à 5mn du centre sportif pour se baigner.
Bien aménagé,très propre, assez grand pour deux personnes. Merci à Aldo pour son aide et ses conversations
A améliorer : le matelas vraiment fatigué, l’éclairage par plafonnier assez sombre, et quelques petites cuillères supplémentaires.
