I liked that it was clean and that it had a simple kitchenette.
The location was not ideal at all. Too far from everything. You definitely need a car should you want to explore anything outside the hotel itself. The beach itself right in front of the hotel is very rocky and extremely narrow. Nothing within acceptable walking distance.

Room was clean, with a daily cleaning schedule. Property is next to the beach, having a good restaurant in front.
Up to 7km path to run if heading to Neos Marmaras on road and coming back on beach side.
Hourly mini train to Neos Marmaras and back - 6eur ticket.
Highly recomand it.
There are free sunbads for Miramare customers, but there are some people that reserve by letting there towels, even if they are marked as Reservation is forbidden.

All was great. The best part by far is the restaurant and their amazing staff and food. The sun beds on the beach is a nice touch. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

The location of hotel is good, just 2 km. from Neos Marmaras and not so far from different nice beaches on south and north of Sithonia. Balcon has a partial see view. Garden is nice and was tended daily. Staff were kind and helpful, especially a women on reception. Near the hotel you can find a lot of different good cafes and tavern.
I have done a reservation of room 27sq.m in size but the size of my room was small. The cleanliness of room, towels and sheets were very bad. The towels were often very old, and there were stains on the sheets. The Air Condition located exactly over the bed and blows the sleeper's head. The kettle in the room had a thick coating and probably had not been washed for a very long time- absolutely not intended to be used. I really wonder for a Mark 9,0 ? that this hotel has in a BOOKING.com !? I will recommend to the administration of this hotel renew a towels and sheets and take care of the cleanliness. The beach on front of the hotel is inferior to other beaches in Sithonia. Too many stone on entrance in see and very thin beach located exactly near the road. The Price of this hotel and General Quality are Incompatible.
